I know... we are crazy. We were also in the process of selling our home in Houston, planning a wedding, and wrapping up a medical residency... all with short deadlines! We only had one weekend that we could really look and dive into the hunt, and it happened to be Easter weekend. Kristee blocked the entire weekend for us and gave us her full attention.. she was amazing. I would like to express my appreciation for the professional and friendly attitude of Sheree during our purchase of our home in Lakeway. After looking at the property for the first time, within minutes of us leaving the property, Sheree had already sent us information about the property we were viewing as well as comparable properties in the area. When we asked about different properties, she sent us that information quickly and efficiently.
After we decided to purchase the property, Sheree negotiated the price of the property extremely well and represented us as the buyers with the utmost concern. We received a fair price and was very pleased with the process to get to that price. In addition after the papers had been signed, she also negotiated on our behalf, the inspection report and what we should and should not ask for.
During the time until we closed on the property, Sheree kept us informed weekly, and made sure we as the buyers, and the mortgage company stayed on task to get the house closed in an expedient manner.

The price that Sheree listed the home for was exactly where we had hoped and due to lots of hard work from Sheree, she secured the sale of the home within 6 weeks of the place going on the market… at a price we were happy with! She never let up and again, treated the sale as if she were selling her own house. She doesn’t leave any stone unturned.
